1999 Hunter 310

Easy to Sail. Easy to Love. Ready for Your Next Adventure.

Elaine n Me offers an ideal combination of comfort, confidence and easy ownership for Tampa Bay sailing, Gulf Coast weekends and Intracoastal cruising.

Her in-mast furling mainsail, roller-furling headsail, Hunter B&R rig and cockpit-led controls reduce workload, while the full cockpit enclosure and integrated arch create an unusually usable outdoor living space for a 31-footer.

Below, two genuine private cabins, a bright salon, nearly 6'4" of headroom and a practical cruising galley make her feel significantly larger than her LOA suggests. Fresh bottom paint and stuffing-box service were completed in April 2026.

Designed to Make Sailing Simple

The Hunter 310 removes many of the frustrations that keep owners tied to the dock. Sail controls lead aft, the B&R rig removes the backstay from the cockpit, and the integrated arch keeps the mainsheet overhead instead of across the seating area.

The 360° tour uses nine panoramas to walk buyers through the cockpit, helm, coachroof, foredeck, salon, galley, aft cabin, head and forward cabin before an in-person showing.
